Leroux obtained a ND marketing diploma with Cum Laude in 2003 and also won the national Media 24 young marketer of the year, in the same year. He has 16 years experience in the insurance industry, of which 12 years was within an insurance company, serving on the executive committee. He also managed a well-known national brokerage (which became an insurer, part of his strategic vision) with over 4000 agents as the Managing Director for two years. He was head hunted for a highly successful Underwriting Managing Agent as Chief Executive Officer for another 2 years.  He understands the dynamics of the lower to middle income market extremely well and has developed, priced, and launched various insurance products, in different categories, highly successfully into these market segments.  His vast knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the financial services industry in South Africa, makes him a well rounded entrepreneur and business owner in the financial services industry.
